Downlaod the PDF to the right. You'll see it is formatted so you can print it as an A5 booklet - or take it to your local print shop. If you decide to DIY it and you don't have a double-sided printer, print the odd pages first, then turn the pages over to print the even pages. Finally sort the pages and staple them. (File/Print - Pages 1,3,5,7,9,11)
