You will learn how to confidently;

  3. Be clear on your priorities going forward

You'll leave this workshop with the framework of your one-page growth plan. You will complete it and put it to work with the one to one support following the workshop.

Module 2 Leading a Team

Attract and lead a team who willingly give you freedom from your business
People are most productive when they are making a valued contribution to a bigger cause.
You will learn how to;

  1. Attract great staff without being swamped with resume's and interviewing hundreds of people
  2. Run inspiring meetings so everyone is clear and held accountable for their actions
  3. Sort out low performance issues so everyone understands and can make the changes, or move on

You'll leave this workshop with exciting practical ideas for getting everybody working hard, growing your business. You will be supported to refine those ideas, customize them and put them into action with the one to one support following the workshop.

Module 3 SME Marketing

Marketing is most effective when highly profitable prospects believe you are trustworthy
You will learn;

  2. How to design, write and implement a practical business marketing strategy

Module 4 Sales Process

Establish a systematic process that converts more inquiries into profitable sales
When a sales process is deliberately planned a business consistently demonstrates value, builds confidence and enjoys better margins
You will learn how to;

  1. Design a practical sales process
  2. Have your staff operate the sales process to maximise the conversion of inquires to profitable sales
  3. Measure at key points in your sales process to understand what works and what does not

Module 5 Sales Tactics

Learn the skills that will allow you to close more sales at higher margins
A great product or service only has value if we can sell it on value, so the ability to sell is critical to the profitability of any business.
You will learn proven sales tactics for selling;

  1. On the telephone and face to face
  2. In writing, brochures, sales letters and email
  3. And how to turn disgruntled people into advocates

You'll leave this workshop with a fist full of simple checklists, sample documents and strategies for improving your effectiveness out there selling. You'll be supported to practice the ideas and teach your staff to do likewise with the one to one coaching following the workshop.

Module 6 Key Performance Indicators - KPIs

Grow your business with confidence, knowing which are the right measures and how to use them
We can only effectively manage what we measure, so having the key numbers up to date and on hand for confident decision making is important.
You will learn which are the essential numbers and how to use them to manage your;

  3. Profitability

You'll leave this workshop knowing the key numbers that will allow you to test new ideas and grow your business with confidence. You'll be supported to have the numbers on hand and use them effectively with the one to one support following the workshop.
